today was the asian heritage festival. i swung by there to watch some muay thai fights and eat some hawaiian barbq chicken skewers. weather was cold. i feel like im getn sick. i love cherry pop-tarts.

20 DAYS TIL FAIRTEX PATTAYA CAMP

FIRST CRUCIAL BARBQ

jea!. first crucial barbq of the coming summer was dope. 30 sausages, 146 beers, 20 homies, 3 dogs, 1 kid, and 2 forties of steel reserve that we put the grill out with, cuz nobody drinks that shit but poor hobos. until next time. peace

RIP GRANDMASTER JEW LEONG

my great grandmaster at my hung sing choy lee fut school passed away wednesday. he was called the master technician of our style. his kungfu was smooth, strong, and technically perfect. he will truely be missed in the san francisco kungfu community. what i loved about this guy is he was a true o.g. kungfu master. he keep everything underground. while masters these days are on chat forums being virtual kungfu masters, wearing flashy, stupid, silk kung fu outfits,. master leong was wearing a suit and tie while he performed. kept his style underground, and taught in basements, and underground tong halls. his performance of the hung sing five animals form is the best i'd ever seen. check it HERE
